Las viudas en la India son una comunidad marginada, invisible a los ojos del resto del mundo. Sin derechos y repudiadas por familiares y sociedad, se refugian en la ciudad de Vrindavan para intentar sobrevivir.

Las arrugas muestran el paso de los años y las vicisitudes que estas mujeres han soportado y siguen sufriendo.
